Use of Order Forms is critical!
Collect the money as you take the orders and set your customer’s expectations that you’ll deliver the poinsettias at the beginning of December.
For each Poinsettia sold, the amount allocated to your child’s trip account will be $5.15 (we sell them for $13 each, we pay $7.85 for each (2018 price), and balance goes to child’s trip account).
Turn in money and order forms on Tuesday, November 6th at practice.
More information about pickup time will be announced closer to December 4th. We try to have them delivered to our Tuesday rehearsal since you are already going to be coming to Lakeridge UMC. Please note that all orders MUST be picked up on this day. WTCC has no way of storing or transporting poinsettias for later pickup. Each singer is responsible for delivery of the poinsettias he or she had sold.
We are looking for several parent volunteers to help organize and distribute the orders. If you are available to help with this during or after your singer’s rehearsal time, please let us know. This is our major annual fundraiser, and we need as many hands on deck as possible to make sure everything goes smoothly.
