The West Texas Children's Chorus

The West Texas Children’s Chorus requires each member to pay certain fees. A nonrefundable registration fee of $20 is required before auditioning to secure your child’s place in the choir. This registration fee does not apply to the tuition. The following chart summarizes the annual fees related to membership in the WTCC.

• The $20 registration fee and audition forms are due at the time of the audition. The full tuition or your first monthly payment of $40, $30 music fee, and $30 materials fee are also due by Sept. 6.

• Reduced tuition is available for families with more than one singer enrolled in the WTCC.  Full tuition is required for the highest choir involved.  Each additional singer in the family, regardless of choir, may pay the reduced rate.  The reduced annual tuition for siblings is $300.
  

• If tuition is paid in full by September 6, annual tuition for the eldest child is $280; tuition for siblings is $260. (The above reductions apply only to tuition, and are not available for choir fees, uniforms, trip payments, or retreats.)
  

Payment Policy

• Fees for the season are due in full even if a child drops out of the program or is removed at any time during the season.
  

• You may choose to participate in the WTCC Monthly Payment Program.  Payments are due in the WTCC office no later than the first Tuesday of each month, beginning on September 6, 2011.
  

• All payments should include your singer’s full name, choir and reason for payment (tuition, shirt, etc.)
  

• Payment by cash, check, or money order is accepted.  You may mail your payment to the WTCC office: West Texas Children’s Chorus, P.O. Box 93351, Lubbock, TX 79493.  You may send your payment by check, in a labeled envelope, to rehearsal with your singer; please, no cash in this instance.
